Notice on the Update of the Association Abbreviation

Announcement

The Association has continuously received information from members worldwide indicating that the current abbreviation of the Association of Applied Artificial Intelligence has caused certain misunderstandings in practice.

After careful consideration, the Association has decided to update its official abbreviation to “AAI”, effective January 1, 2026.

The updated abbreviation will be used across all official contexts, including but not limited to the Association’s website, email communications, paper documents, and certificates.

Effective Date
This announcement shall take effect on January 1, 2026.
